1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka. Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Colombo and Suburbs: 1–3 working days
  • Other Areas: 2–5 working days
  • Remote Areas: May take up to 7 working days depending on accessibility

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, weekends, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or courier delays.

3. Courier Partner

All orders are handled and delivered via Transexpress Courier Service, a reliable and professional courier company known for its speed and care in handling goods.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery status online.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: Rs. 350 – Rs. 650 depending on your location and order size
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, you may be asked to provide a signature or confirmation to verify receipt of the order. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., due to incorrect address or no one available to receive it), Transexpress will attempt a second delivery or contact you for further instructions. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and details. We will investigate the issue and resolve it through a replacement or store credit if eligible.
